ब्रिटिश पार्लियामेंट के बनाये हुए 100 वर्षों से भी अधिक पुराने कानून इंडियन पीनल कोड, सीआरपीसी और इंडियन एविडेंस एक्ट की जगह अब भारतीय न्याय संहिता, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम ने ली है। पहली जुलाई 2024 से ये कानून देश भर में लागू हो गए हैं। कोलोनियल कानून बदल कर भारतीय न्याय की अवधारणा को पुनर्स्थापित किया गया है।

Indian Penal Code, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act, which are more than 100 years old laws made by the British Parliament, have now been replaced by Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023. These laws have come into force across the country from July 1, 2024. The concept of Indian justice has been restored by changing the colonial laws.
